Michael Hart, released from a state mental hospital Oct. 1 after 13 years there, has created a Facebook page with pictures of himself lounging by a pool, along with photos of a local judge and prosecutor involved in his case.
He admitted to having killed and dismembering his stepfather, but was committed to the state mental hospital rather than sent to prison.
