The public school system in South Bend, Indiana was dealt a crushing blow on par with that one time when Charlie Weis blew out his knee on the sideline of a Notre Dame game recently when they erected a billboard touting the effectiveness of their pubic� school system.
That's pretty bad, but as these 25 botched signs prove, it can always be worse.
