Comcast wants cash to deliver cached Netflix traffic to its subscribers.
Has the ISP just gone "full evil" on the Internet, or is this all a big misunderstanding? One could argue that Level 3 is actually doing Comcast a favor, and the US' biggest ISP wants to charge it for the privilege.
