Open WiFi and Pirates Why Copyright Negligence Wont Fly

If you take the time to read all of the legal mumbo jumbo that follows, you will hopefully be convinced that negligence is a state law claim and one that is, in this situation, preempted by the Copyright Act.

Case law and common sense dictate that if Mr. Randazza would like to protect his clients copyrights, he must do so within the confines of the Copyright Act that I discussed in my prior article.
